DANCE PARTIES AT ELECTRIC MOON
Adults ages 21 and over are invited to join DJ Savage Sunday for high-energy dance parties at Electric Moon Skytop Lounge on Friday, September 1 and Saturday, September 2 from 9 p.m. to midnight and Sunday, September 3 from 8 p.m. to midnight. Electric Moon Skytop Lounge offers a full bar, signature cocktails and a delicious menu featuring shareable favorites prepared by the acclaimed culinary team at Plant Riverside District. This popular rooftop destination features an outdoor game area and slide on the Moon Deck as well as spectacular views of the Savannah River.
ART IN THE PARK
Kids of all ages are invited to participate in free arts and crafts activities, including bracelet making and face painting with 18Loves Art’s Amelia Jamerson on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3 from 2 to 6 p.m. in Martin Luther King, Jr. Park at Plant Riverside District. A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, Jamerson creates colorful artwork that is known for its heart imagery and positive messages.
FOUNTAIN SHOWS
The fountain at Martin Luther King, Jr. Park will host daily interactive Fountain Shows at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., featuring music by The Beach Boys and from the movie “Grease.” Children are welcome to wear their bathing suits and to play in the fountain.
