Fun Halloween music, Ghoulish poses, and lots of fun. Halloween colors are welcome, but no costumes please in order to protect the Aerial Silks. Ages 5-12.
A perfect blend of physical activity, mindfulness, and artistic expression as children participate in an aerial yoga class and an arts and crafts session.
