The annual fundraiser for The Remedy Project will be held Thursday, May 2, at Community Church on St. Simons Island. The Remedy Project is a local non-profit organization that provides free counseling and support to anyone struggling with substance abuse, like drugs and alcohol. They offer faith-based counseling and education in a safe environment to bring hope and healing to addicts and their families, working in partnership with strategic resources such as Glynn County Drug Court and area churches. Youâre invited to support The Remedy Projectâs mission by joining them at 6:00 p.m. on May 2 for fun fellowship, a mouthwatering BBQ dinner, and some excellent music with bluegrass artists Buddy Greene and Jeff Taylor.
