A not-for-profit healthcare system with multiple locations and services, the Health System has served residents and visitors of the Golden Isles since 1888. SGHS Emergency Care Centers
The Southeast Georgia Health System has Emergency Care Centers in Brunswick and Camden.
*If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, these are the nearest emergency centers in the Golden Isles. SGHS does offer emergency care for children and adolescents; however, the Health System is not a children's hospital. Should your little one need to be admitted for emergency medical care, your child will likely be transferred to Memorial Health Children's Hospital in Savannah, GA, or Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL (both are about 90 minutes away).

Vaccines for TDY Families
If you're coming here on a TDY (temporary duty) assignment for FLETC, the Glynn County Public Health Department is the easiest way to get vaccinated. The local pediatric offices tend to have long waits, so the health department is the quickest and easiest way to get a vaccine.
