Welcome to St. SiMoms. This website is operated by St. SiMoms LLC, DBA St. SiMoms (“SSM” “Us,” “We,” or similar terms). The following terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy (collectively, the “Terms”), govern your access to and use of St. SiMoms, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.stsimoms.com (the “Website”).

When you upload or otherwise submit Submissions to the Website, you give St. SiMoms a worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, perform, display and distribute Submissions, solely for the purposes of (i) operating the Website and business, (ii) sharing Submissions with third parties as necessary to operate the Website and as consistent with the Privacy Policy; and (iii) sharing Submissions with persons that you specify. As a condition of your use of the Website, you warrant to St. SiMoms that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree that using your username and password is responsible for all postings or other activities.

Business Directory Terms and Conditions
Listings submitted during the first half of the month will go live on the 15th. Listings submitted during the second half of the month will go live on the 1st of the following month.
Before going live, all business directory submissions will be verified by the St. SiMoms team.
Event Submission Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in posting an event on the St. SiMoms event calendar. Please ensure that your submission follows the guidelines below:
- Events must be located in the Golden Isles and surrounding areas (north of Jacksonville and south of Savannah).
- We will not publish submissions without a photo/graphic. Let us know if you don’t have an event graphic/flyer, and we can create one for a fee.
We cannot guarantee that all event submissions will be approved, and we reserve the right to publish or decline any event submitted. Please allow up to 3 business days for the publication of your event.
